Since retiring over two decades ago, Foster has allowed life to reinvent who he is. Inner guidance and inspiration shaped him into an author and spiritual teacher. His passion is helping people find love and wisdom within their own being. Foster, and his wife Marilyn, live in gratitude for family, friends, and nature. Their home is in Castle Rock, Colorado. 

Welcome to my world. I am Foster Laverne Harding, Author, and Spiritual Teacher. As with any aspect of earthly life, this website and blog, its author, and each of you, are all an evolving work in progress. I’d love to share this journey with you as we move into our potential.  

My key beliefs about being a spiritual teacher: 

• Everyone has a soul at the core of their being; there are no exceptions. 

• Your soul already knows the answers you seek. 

• So, I believe your life answers lie within you. I don’t have them. 

• My roles are to facilitate the connection with your inner wisdom and inspire confidence as you walk your pathway.
